Cancellation Policy
Agreement By completing your payment, you agree to these terms. This agreement is between you (Client) and Home Check Berlin (Inspector). Pricing & Payment Home Check Inspection: €499.00 including 19% VAT for properties up to 150 m². Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a €150 fee. Inspection Scope This service consists of a non-invasive, visual inspection of readily accessible areas only. The final report is intended strictly for personal use. Purpose Limitations This inspection is not an official valuation report (Verkehrswertgutachten) and cannot be used for the Finanzamt, court proceedings, or official legal purposes. Standards Inspections follow standard German visual inspection guidelines. This assessment does not constitute a building code compliance check. Liability We exercise professional diligence; however, Home Check Berlin cannot be held liable for undetected defects, errors, or omissions.
