Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours incurs €150 fee. By completing payment, you agree to these terms. This agreement is between you (Client) and Home Check Berlin (Inspector). Fees & Payment Home Check 150: €499,00 incl. 19% VAT (up to 100m²) Home Check Unlimited: Price on request All prices include 19% VAT. Full payment required before inspection. Inspection Scope Visual inspection of accessible areas. Report for personal use only. Purpose Limitations Not an official valuation (Verkehrswertgutachten). Cannot be used for Finanzamt, courts, or official purposes. Standards Follows German inspection guidelines. Not a building code compliance check. Liability We exercise professional care but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or undetected defects. No refunds for issues found later. Satisfaction Not satisfied?
